The luxury villa is equipped with air-conditioning (heating/cooling), bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet, floor plastered with ceramic tiles, parquet-floors in bedrooms, furnished balcony/terraces, fire-prevention system with alarm, breaking-in prevention and SOS system.

The villa is on two floors, the lower floor is the living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with four electric-heated cooking plates (glass-ceramic), oven, range hood, dishwasher, big refrigerator with a freezer, equipment for preparing food and consuming food and drinks, coffee machine, mixer and a dining table. The living room has Sat-TV, telephone with a direct outside line and other equipment. The upper floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony.
